About Us
Sparked (formerly known as Sealed for Success) was launched in 2020. Run by volunteers, it aims to empower youths to develop their personal skills and gain industry knowledge through experienced mentors. Sparked has two programmes: Mentorship and Microlearning.

A world in which every person discovers their career aspirations and achieves job fulfilment.
Vision
To champion the development of youths, through a platform for youths to be inspired and for professionals to inspire.
